/ About

Born in Romania, working remotely with teams across Europe — nine years building production frontends for Siemens, Telekom, and a handful of fintechs and startups in between. I currently spend most days at Siemens Energy and most evenings writing more Rust.
Working on the internal platforms used to monitor power plants. Our clients are large production sites and companies operating in the power generation space, so the tools have to hold up under serious daily use.
Owned two internal products end-to-end and led a team of 5 junior developers across React, Node.js, and the cloud setup. Spent a fair amount of time on code reviews, documentation, and getting the team into a steady rhythm with testing.
Built a property configuration platform that let users design property layouts in the browser through a drag-and-drop interface, with live preview. It replaced a manual spreadsheet workflow that was painful to maintain.
Built a real-time customer support chat application deployed at Telekom, handling a high volume of daily support conversations. React + TypeScript on the frontend, React Query for state, WebSockets for the live messaging.
Joined an early-stage internal product as one of the first engineers. Set up the frontend architecture, component library, and the engineering practices the team would carry forward as it grew.
Worked on the in-house fintech platform of DVAG, Germany's largest financial advisor network.
Built an IoT monitoring platform for Romanian farmers, deployed across multiple farms. The product pulled live data from distributed sensors and turned it into something farmers could actually use to make decisions about their crops.
First proper engineering job, taken during college. Built web applications for local companies and got hands-on across JavaScript, jQuery, Node.js, and React. Learned how to work in a real team, run code reviews, and ship to deadlines.
Foundation in algorithms, software engineering, and distributed systems.
